Service Warranty/Repair Policy
My Phillie Wireless offers a Lifetime Warranty on all repairs performed in store for any defects. Subsequent physical damage, water damage, and normal wear and tear are not included in coverage for a lifetime warranty. Extensive repairs have a 7-day warranty and are subject to a 60% restocking fee. Disabled or unlocked phones are not eligible for a refund. If the phone is repaired by a third party after visiting My Phillie Wireless, evident by the broken internal seal installed after initial repair, the Lifetime/7-Day Warranty is immediately void with no exceptions.
My Phillie Wireless is not responsible for any issues that arise if the phone is presented with a bad LCD or is off as it cannot be tested prior to repair. I understand that My Phillie Wireless is not responsible for any data loss as a result of repair work done on my electronic device and it is my responsibility to ensure my device is fully backed up prior to any repair performed. I fully understand that having my device repaired or serviced or otherwise receiving any technical support may void the manufacturer warranties for any devices, iOS in particular. My Phillie Wireless and its affiliates do not assume any liability or warranty in the event that manufacturer warranties are voided but may offer a warranty for the parts and/or service performed at the discretion of the buying manager.
In the event of any unintended catastrophes, including but not limited to theft, robbery, fire, or loss of devices, we will not be held responsible but may compensate for loss within reason at the discretion of the buying manager. In order for a customer to qualify for a loaner phone, they must pay for their original repair in full and disable 'Find My iPhone'.
Store Sale Policy
All phone sales are under warranty for 30 days after purchase. If you encounter an issue and cannot visit the store in person within the 30-day range, simply contact the store via email or phone, otherwise, the 30-day warranty stands. No returns or exchanges. If the item is defective with no signs of physical damage, My Phillie Wireless will attempt to fix the defect or otherwise replace the device. Normal wear and tear may be accepted upon inspection by the buying manager; bring your item(s) to My Phillie Wireless with proof of purchase, identification, and all contents and packaging originally received with the purchase.
